Policy Info
$500 deposit required for all packages over $ 599 .
Packages Less than $ 599 is due in full at time of Reservation.
Balance can be paid Anytime - but no later than 30 days prior to your ceremony.
Deposits are non-refundable.
However - Deposits may be applied to your ceremony if it is postponed, so long as the event date is one year from the original ceremony date. The entire balance will be forfeited if the event is cancelled less than 30 days before the event.
Elegant Florida Beach Weddings shall not be liable for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to Acts of God, inclement weather, mandatory evacuations, Government restrictions, other planned events within the city or beach destination, wars, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.
Bride and Groom are responsible for a back- up plan in the event of inclemeny weather

Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and July 4th.
