How do we reserve our Beach Wedding?

Simply call us at 561-662-9163 to check our open dates - all ceremonies are booked by Phone ONLY. We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit cards,Check, Money Order and we will reserve your day and time with a deposit.

What Location do we choose?

We are mobile and come to your location... Hotels, Condos, Beach Houses, State Pavillions. For more private ceremonies you may want to consider using a Federal, State or County Park that is on the Beach, We help you with the location.

Do we need permission for a ceremony?

All of Florida's beaches are public, however we do recommend that your ask the Hotel, Condo, Beach House if it is ok... most properties are wedding friendly.

Can we use our own Officiant or Minister?

Yes as long as they are Ordained in any State or a Florida Notary.

What do we do in case of rain or bad weather?

We will try to adjust the time of your ceremony for the system to move out, rain usually does not last long. Or we can use one of our many Pavillions on the Beach to have your ceremony under.However the backup plan for the ceremony is ultimately up to the Bride.We can also reschedule to the next day,at times we as a company may have open.

What is the Seashell Ceremony?

After the Wedding Ceremony is complete the Minister/Officiant will ask all the guests to pick a shell (from the seashell box) and go to the waters edge and make a wish for the couple and throw it in... as pictures are being taken.

What is the Sand Unity?

After the Wedding Ceremony the couple is asked to pick up sand and pour into a heart shaped container.

Do you do receptions?

( No )  However we recommend various venues for a reception, depending on the City and location of your wedding.

What about something smaller for a reception?

We do a Cake and Sparkling Wine (no alcohol) set up in the room. See our à la Carte list for pricing.

Can we bring our own decorations?

( NO ) All Florida State Parks and beaches require proof of Liability Insurance that we have as a company.

When is payment expected and what if we need to cancel?

A Deposit is required at booking to reserve your date,the deposit does come off your package price,Payment in full is due anytime but No Later than 30 days prior to ceremony date. No refunds of deposits Period. However payments in full will be refunded minus the deposit if cancel is done 30 days before ceremony date- cancel within 30 days will result in no refund - We will reschedule your wedding within one year,under certain circumstances.
